We email a prepaid USPS label within one business day. Drop the box at any post office.

Once it reaches us, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Returnable
- Anything unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery
- Items that arrive damaged or defective, including personalized ones
- Gifts you received from someone else
Not returnable
- Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery

Send it back with the order number from the packing slip and we'll give you store credit for the full value. We won't tell the person who sent it, promise.

Can I exchange something?
The quickest way is to place a new order for what you want and return the original for a refund. Return shipping is still free.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that! Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You don't need to send the damaged item back.
Do you refund the original shipping cost?
Original shipping is refunded when the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing. For other returns, the item price is refunded and the return label is free.
Do free return labels work outside the US?
Free return labels are for US addresses. If you're elsewhere, reply to your order email and we'll work it out with you.
